SIA “AVIRO” (registered in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia, Reg. No. 40003660365) (hereinafter - AVIRO) is a Manager who complies with the requirements of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR) in Latvia. This Privacy Policy explains how AVIRO processes personal information when you use our services. This policy applies to all processing of personal data that AVIRO collects from websites, e-mail correspondence, applications, widgets, questionnaires, agreements, and other sources.

    1. The data subject has the right to request the deletion of personal data, restrict of the processing of personal data, object to the processing of personal data, and request the correction of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.

    2. SIA “AVIRO” communicates with the data subject using the contact information provided by the data subject (telephone number, e-mail address, address).

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

    1. If the processing of personal data has been initiated and takes place in accordance with the consent of the data subject, the data subject has the right to revoke it by sending a revocation to e-mail: aviro@aviro.lv / aviro@viesnicupreces.lv

    2. Withdrawal of consent does not affect data processing performed at the time when the Customer's consent was valid. Withdrawal of consent may not interrupt the processing of data on other legal grounds.

    3. The user has the right to delete his profile by sending a request to e-mail: aviro@aviro.lv / aviro@viesnicupreces.lv . In this case, the request is accepted only if it is sent from the same email to which the user profile is registered.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

    1. SIA “AVIRO” has the right to make changes at any time, which are published on the website aviro.lv - viesnicupreces.lv.
